Fascinating- I'm not sure what to think of the T-day cake.  But it looks like it involves a lot of mashed potatoes, so that's a vote in its favor. Two layers of stuffing and one of turkey... ok, yeah, good there. Not sure about the yams on top... that seems a little odd. But maybe it could work.
