I dunno about the "fan" thing. I got a job offer from Disney (though not the Parks) earlier this year, after an interview that involved a passionate discussion of my appreciation of the company. I kept it professional, and I'm sure it was tempered with my industry-specific experience, and specifics I cited as to how my ability to work for them would be enhanced by my knowledge of the company. But nevertheless, I got a job offer after being honest about being a fan. Should you go in wide-eyed and weird about it? No. But it's not a dealbreaker if you present yourself intelligently.
