First, I can't believe that there hasn't been any additions to this thread in almost three weeks. Second, I am surprised that no one has posted this yet (or if it has been posted, I couldn't find it).
There is a restaurant in Anaheim Hills called
Slater's 50/50 that (among other things) appears to be a bacon gastronomist's delight.
Their signature 50/50 burger patty (which you can get served a gazillion different ways) is 50% ground beef and 50% ground bacon - and you can get your patty up to 1 lb. AFTER cooking. You can also have baconnaise sauce and extra slices of bacon added. Pair it with a Bacon Shake and then have a Bacon Brownie for dessert.
They have a cardiac unit around the side of the restaurant...
