Wow, I really have to put a shout out to www.monoprice.com. I ordered on Saturday between 3-4 PM using the cheapest shipping method and received it this morning at about 10:00.

I do have the advantage of being relatively close to them (they are in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and I had this shipped to my office in Santa Ana), but still...
