I recommend Hi-Lighter brand highlights in blue.
And hair grows.
I died my hair eggplant. Kept it that way for 6 or 7 months. Got bored and had to bleach it twice to get it out. Totally fried my hair doing it. It's back to normal now, but it took close to a year.
Lesson is: better to just shave it off.
