Last night was fun, a few additonal musings of my own:

I was so single-minded about having some pastry and coffee, I failed to realize the possibility of crepes - we must go back for those, though the pastry and coffee was perhaps better themed to the movie.

We opted on skipping the seemingly expensive picinic dinners from the Farm in order to make our own meal from the Farmers Market. You know that adage about grocery shopping when your hungry? That goes double for wandering gourmet shops. I must say though, we picked up four exquisite cheeses thanks to the guidance of our cheese guide (there must be a name for this?). Likewise, I was quite satisfied with the Boujolais recommended by the shop Sommelier. In any case we had a great picnic.

The movie was delightful, and much swankier than I remember - There's a party sequence which I could see being some future LoT celebratory extravaganza.

Songs with "moon" or "river" in them - you'd be surprise how many there are, and how late you'll stay up trying to remember them all.

It's scorpion season, or maybe sanke, bee, or stinging nettle season, so be careful where you step, or lounge. And watch out when Tramspotter offers to open a blocked airway.

I'm so gald these things are on a Saturday night - I don't feel so bad about sleeping through the next morning.
