Interesting choice of words up there. Not, "there was no reason to hold any administration officials accountable for their
actions", but rather for their
mistakes or misjudgements. Sorry, but if mistakes and misjudgements were made in prewar planning or managing the violent aftermath, then indeed, someone should be held accountable.
