I was worried when I read your post (I think on FB?) that you were feeling ill and had an important meeting the same day. Way to go, Matt!
(And wtg, Snow! I'm finding the older I get, the harder it is to lose weight, so when I discovered I'd lost 4 lbs since last fall I was pretty happy! It's motivated me to actually try to lose weight again- I'd kinda given up).
