I've got leftovers from two nights. I'm wondering what would happen if I combined them, threw salsa on top and casseroled it. It's an odd combo of some 50/50 chicken manicotti (half has alfredo sauce and half spaghetti sauce) with a little leftover filling I made into meatballs and then last night we had homemade boston baked beans. So, what would happen if I chop up the pasta/meatballs, mix it with the beans and a little salsa and.... crush up some tortilla chips on top and bake it?
It's either mad genius or we can always have canned soup. We'll see if I get brave enough to play The Mad Scientist with Leftovers Game.
