Oh no! I hope you are making a joke about having waited at the cafe since 9:30? I sure hope so and that you didn't actually show up to the cafe in the morning Since no one replied I didn't think to officially call it off. Especially since A) we ended up going to the museum in afternoon T's nap and B) ended up at Plums Cafe at 3:30 looking for an early dinner (and realizing they were closed between lunch and dinner). I hate to think we missed you! Argh!

But we had a GREAT time at the museum. Turned out that today was "Free Second Sunday", so bonus. Also, since the free 2nd Sunday thing is specifically about encouraging families to show up with kids, no worries about whether T would be problematic. Which he was not at all. He had a blast, seemed to really enjoy some of the pieces and walking around the gallery.

We loved seeing the Calders, many of which we recognized from the Chicago museum they were on loan from. Some nifty contemporary mobile/stabile pieces as well.

All in all a great afternoon.
