Got on the scale this morning, down 7 lbs! Which means this year down nearly 50lbs! I've dropped at least one size in clothing, I think nearly 2 sizes as the pants are getting more than roomy. This carb watching and exercise is working wonders! BS has been much better, too. Although I can't figure out how it can be 116 when I go to bed and 145 when I get up in the morning.
