What bugs me about the music is that the intro theme is not the much-loved original Baroque Hoedown interpretation that everyone associates with the MSEP, but rather the musac-inspired revision crafted for some far-flung Disney park (Tokyo?) and imported to DCA last year, making me never want to see the parade again.

(The float-specific music which follows the main theme statement in the video appears to be from the original score, however.)
