This will not apply to Cars Land, I'm sure - but I can't help but be reminded of the preview for Star Tours II.
A bunch of us met up there, but only a few had the needed "winner" documents. Those, in turn, allowed us to get fast passes. But we noticed the CM at the entry was simply tossing all the fast passes into a bucket behind him. Fastpass Master Isaac simply grabbed about 50 of them from the bucket - and everyone was able to ride Star Tours multiple times, whether they had the "winner" documents or not!
