I'm not surprised that you were overqualified for a game show.
I can't believe they won't let that strategy on the show. If you were in an ass-busting mood, you could attempt to get your story into the papers....the media might decide it's a slow news day and do a series of articles on how game shows are full of sht, and you might bring that crap down. You know, like what happened to that game show "Twenty One", as detailed in the movie "Quiz Show".
