For someone with two career educators (and by most accounts, a couple of the best in their field), I have always had a shocking inability to impart knowledge to others.
But today I ran a damned fine training session, if I do say so myself. Clear, concise, material presented in multiple formats to reinforce, successful live demo, successful hands on exercise (with worksheet handout!). I knew I'd got it right when people were actually answering the review questions in the middle!
5th time's the charm I guess.
