This year, I wrote a full-length, unauthorized play,
My Brother Walt, about the stormy but vital relationship between Walt and Roy Disney. It had a well-received reading last January, but I haven't yet found a theater group to stage or workshop the show.
With a Phillip Glass opera (The Perfect American) and a Tom Hanks movie (Saving Mr. Banks) also exploring this historic figure, I hope I can drum up some interest.
I posted a long chunk of Act One at my website today, along with nearly the entire revised first act of my Dracula adaptation, Blood of Nosferatu.
