I'm torn.
I don't take it as a serious evaluation. But I also don't really find humor based in "ha ha, he deviates from stereotypical macho norms therefore he is gay" to be funny either.
So, while not taking it seriously I also don't find it funny. But I do suppose it provides a handy list of behaviors boy should avoid if they don't want to be called queer.
