For those not familiar, lutefisk is dried cod soaked in lye, served with butter sauce. Texture: gelatinous. An example of Man's inhumanity to fish. Protip: go for the meatballs or ham at the smorgasbord.

Ugh, I am waffling on whether to live in Madison or in a town 30 miles out. To be fair, the town 30 miles out is a genuine, living arts colony.
