Ug, that is so depressing. Los Feliz is all ready one of the worst places in all of Los Angelesdom to go for parking (And, yet, still more people arrive each day just for the opportunity). I hate to think what this area will be like after the Derby is gone. The only positive is that it may inspire a sort of backlash, like the one Melrose is now experiencing; in which crowds of people -- sick of the endless circling and parking tickets -- give up and go elsewhere. Sigh. I miss the Los Feliz of old: slightly dangerous and wild. I knew things would never be the same once the block added a baby clothing store. That is a bad sign for a neighborhood if there ever was one.
