Sooooooo, I'm a lazy slog.
Yeah, it is noon here and I'm not going anywhere yet. I prefer to sit around in my plush W robe and lounge.
We did a lot of exploring over the past 2 days - Wicker Park/Bucktown and Millennium Park and the Talouse Lautrec exhibit at the Art Institute. My feet hurt but my eyes are happy.
I just have one quetion. Why in the HELL doesn't LA have more public spaces filled with interesting public art and great gardens and architecture? Millennium Park is a fantastic space. It is vibrant, creative, fun, interative, thoughtful and adventerous. And all this is a city that can't use outside spaces year round. I find myself loving Chicago more andmore each visit. It really is fantastic.
