We did the Race on Sunday.....after about three hours of sleep.

My step-mom and my mother-in-law did the walk as they always do. Both are survivors.
I think we had something like 40,000 participants? I didn't watch the news that night, and I forgot to check Monday's paper. Portland's Race has been the largest on the west coast. And it is a beautiful day every year. Truly a wonderful experience.....the whole city goes WAY out for it.
We were in NYC for their Race last year in Central Park. I've never seen so much
pink in my life.
Good luck and enjoy, Lisa. It's sure to mean SO much to you. It always does to me.

Miles: It tastes like the back of a f*ing L.A. school bus. Now they probably didn't de-stem, hoping for some semblance of concentration, crushed it up with leaves and mice, and then wound up with this rancid tar and turpentine bull****. F*in' Raid.
Jack: Tastes pretty good to me.
