This letter is to inform you that we will not be making our mortgage payment this month. As you are no doubt aware, a number of natural disasters have taken their toll on American cities in recent months. In the Pacific Northwest, we are suffering from a sudden lack of sun, compounded by a chronic lack of Disney. Obviously, we had no choice but to spend our mortgage funds on an emergency trip to Walt Disney World.
