I love the rain, I love listening to music, especially Jazz, in the rain. I so wouldn't mind living in Washington. Hmmm, my company's got an office in Bothel...

Anyone in OC catch the lightning last night, around 9:30? Oh...my...god. For those who live in parts of the world with actual weather, you have to understand, not only do we rarely get lightning at all in SoCal, when we do, it's the boring, high elevation, above the clouds, you see nothing but flashing clouds kind of lighting. But last night...HUGE bolts of lighting, arching across the entire horizon. Massive ones, some completely horizontal, some branching in every direction, some reaching to the ground. It was the most dramatic lighting I recall ever seeing out here. Frightening and awesome all at once.
