Thanks, but adding to my complaining - there are some indications that avoiding certain foods can help alleviate some of the pain. The foods included in that category are: dairy, caffeine, alcohol. I've cut back on the alcohol (not that I was drinking terribly much before), but the caffeine is kinda hard. You just get back into that habit. And I had been buying sugar free chocolate - which reduces the sugar, but I keep forgetting about the caffeine. Did I mention I've been enjoying some of the candy I got from trick-or-treating at last Friday's Halloween Treat? So, some of the increased pain might be my own doing - just paying the price for having indulged.

I suck.
