Spaghetti with Vodka Sauce.
Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti (or angel hair pasta if preferred)
Salt water for boiling
Bottle of Vodka.
wedge of lemon.
Method.- Open the vodka and try about 2 oz just to make sure the quality is OK.
