I arrived at the entry gates to DL at 9:10PM. I called Nick & told him I'd meet up w/ him. Then I called Steve & he said the park was uber crowded. He wished me good luck getting through Main Street w/o getting into a fight & offered me not one, but FIVE dollars if I could make it to Dumbo by the time the show began. Then he scoffed at me for thinking I could find Nick and hung up.
Ten minutes later I called him from the front of the Hub, as I stood next to Nick & scoffed at him for scoffing at me earlier. He just laughed, told us to enjoy the fireworks, and said he'd meet up with us after fireworks.
It was unusually crowded. When Nick & I left the park for Downtown Disney, the CM's were sending guests through backstage areas to get out of the park.
