
I really appreciate the reinforcement. I guess it's just one of those things I really have to teach myself. Like flossing consistently. Just another positive thing I'm making myself do (grumble grumble) and immediately feeling better about.
Other than complaining, I'm really good at allowing myself lots of breaks. I'm especially bad with this at home. I'll do 45 min of chores and then spend the rest of the day laying around feeling justified. How do you motivate yourself to keep going while at home? The bed is so tempting...
