This is exactly how I get things done (when I actually get things done). Turn off the computer and TV, put on loud exciting music, and GO! But if I stop for a "break", it becomes the end of my day.

Yeah, the bed is the worst enemy. Not only is it so easy to just waste away the day, it'll screw up my sleep schedule and I won't be able to get to sleep that night....which leads to napping the next day.
It also means that the hardest room to clean up is the bedroom.
