UCLA.

Named after the Tarahumara Indians of Mexico’s Copper Canyon but influenced by an Asian sense of time, motion and lyricism, this Japanese ensemble blends the innovation of modern dance and Japanese opera with the pacing and intense symbolism of ancient Noh theater, capturing the enduring wonder and indescribable beauty in all things.
