My whole family -- parents, siblings and their wives and children, and I-- ate at Boma a year ago to celebrate my father's retirement. (It capped our weeklong trip to WDW.) Stunning how a restaurant with such unique ethnic foods can cater to the tastes of a group of 15 ranging in age from 1 to 58 and in taste from adventurous to chicken-nuggets-only.

I was especially fond of the available soup. What is this about the "soup situation"? Because the ones I tried were genuinely excellent.

Hummus! Multiple kinds of hummus. Even a vegan would be happy at Boma.
