So, thought I'd try Firfox again and this tabbed browser thing - and it's okay so far. But there's one thing that is driving me crazy. I can't seem to type in characters like the Euro symbol or letters with umlauts using the usual keystrokes.

To you more versed users, is there an option for me to switch on or off to make that happen?

If I have to use cut and past to do this, my Firefox trial will be over despite the alleged benefits of Tabbed Browsing.
