You put the pill inside, squish it closed, and the cat practically rips off your fingers trying to get at the smelliest, stinkiest, most cat-favored treat on the planet. Boris has CRF and takes 3 pills a day. I'd have no flesh left if there wasn't a way for him to get him to take pill voluntarily. They make pill pockets for dogs, too.
