For those who didn't hear about this one, there was a dawn crash on PCH this morning. A Ferrari Enzo and a Mercedes were racing and the Ferrari bit it. I've heard speed estimates ranging from at least 100 MPH to 200 MPH. The Ferrari split in half with the engine compartment ending up about a 1/4 mile from the passenger compartment.
The driver, although bloody, ran from the scene for fear of arrest. The owner of the car was it's owner: Stefan Eriksson, 44, a controversial former executive of the failed handheld gaming company Gizmondo.
Also, this car usually sells upwards of $1.3 million.
