I realize that many of those who oppose the policies of the President believe this is an issue he created, but terrorism has been going on in the Arab world for a long time, directed at American targets among others. Honestly, Reagan and Carter are the Presidents most responsible, I believe - Carter for his handling of Iran, and Reagan for abandoning Afghanistan after the Soviets were expelled with our assistance.
