Unemployment is at an all-time low in OC right now. This is the market for those looking for new jobs. NBC reported that Anaheim/Orange is #17 (I think) in the country for jobs.

Seniority. Meh, who needs it when you can get a better position. Sure, companies tote promoting from within but when it comes down to it they'd rather have the guy from another company with experiance.
