It's probably my fault. I'm getting a new water heater installed and they had to turn off the water, I'm sorry. Oh wait, that was just the water in this building. Never mind.
The old water heater is refusing to leave. Thanks to our lovely chunky-style Long Beach water there's calcium at the bottom and it won't drain. I thought I'd be on my way to work now.
