I don't fault anyone for that bit. What happened was, we were pulled aside so they could finish loading the first rocket. Unfortunately, the group right behind us was also a large group and so the CM pulled
them aside too. In that confusion, we all lost sight of the fact that that first rocket hadn't left yet. A big snafu, no one's fault, really.
The unaccomodating CM I was referring to was later when SM was not allowed to ride because he was not allowed to sit the only way that's comfortable for him (which he's done in the past).
