Once I've ridden a ride, I've ridden it. Generally there isn't much to be gained from a repeat performance.
I'm not sure what you need explained about the goat trick. It sounds like you know what you're supposed to do and what is supposed to happen (lock eyes on the goat, get queasy). I may just not work for you. It definitely doesn't for me but I'm not prone to motion sickness or vertigo.

While I do enjoy rides, there have been times when we've wandered all day and quite enjoyed it.
I was never sitting in the back when I tried to do it. I'm not prone to motion sickness either. I never got what was supposed to happen, I just tried watching the goat.
