Ok, ok! So I had a bit of a five o'clock shadow that summer after work! I would hardly call myself "vermin".
I'm not surprised about Paradise Pier's good marks. I pass through the kitchen every day to get to the break room and it is always in great shape. They also had done a major rehab last year to the kitchen and the dining area of PCH Grill.
It looks good back there, so I have nothing but props to the folks that work back there.
