I've only been to Yamabuki's once, but it was quite a fun time - I ordered broiled eel, and the waitress gave me the whole "Are you sure that's what you want?" kind of deal. When the meal arrived, it was in what can only be described as a wooden jewelry box with a lid. Everybody joked around that the eel would be swimming around, and I'd have to stab it with my chopsticks
