Atlas crushed by the weight of the world
My legs sticking out with my heart unfurled
A mellow face and a matter of fact smile
Came up and said, ‘Just play for awhile’
He showed me castles, pirates and birds who sing,
Carousels, magic spells and that goat trick thing,
He says to me that things in life ain’t all sad
He reminds me to think of the fun to be had
I know when he reads this, it’ll be no surprise,
That he’ll probably snicker and just roll his eyes
But I wanted to say, in my own fruity way,
You’re an awesome friend, Isaac, and Happy Birthday.
