The cheese empanadas (Goya brand) sound good in theory--flaky dough around cheese--but I cannot recommend them. The filling tastes like Velveeta, which I do not have a love for. And as yummy as fried food can be, I'm not such a fan of putting frozen food (which sometimes has icy bits on it) into hot oil. It burned my foot a bit.
