Me too. Did anyone catch what the symbol was?

I like that the button isn't fake. I expected that it was going to be.
I think it's pretty cool that the electromagnetic thing brought flight 815 down. Apparently there certainly was an "incident".

I wonder what the other incident was though. The one discussed on the film.

However, what was the purpose of the monitoring station and the booklets that went nowhere?

I think just part of the experiment. The observers were part of the experiment as well.

I enjoyed learning more about Desmond. Him killing Kelvin....good twist, though I expected it after Kelvin wasn't dead in a couple months of Desmond being with him. I think Desmond had said Kelvin died a couple months after he got there. I also found it interesting that Libby was the one who gave him the boat.
|
I love that we got his entire backstory, or most of it in this episode. It was so heartbreaking. And it was very interesting that Libby gave him the boat. So we know that her name is Elizabeth and her husband died. I wonder if losing him caused her to need to be in the hospital.

So, we learned some things, Walt and Michael are reunited (though Michael's a putz)......but I have no idea what the hell the last 5 minutes meant.

I don't think Michael and Walt are going to get anywhere. I think the electromagnetic thing will ruin the compass. I really don't like Ms. Klugh. At all. I want to punch her in the face. Hard. And then push her into the ocean so the shark eats her. I suspect she's not supposed to be likeable. Or I'm just weird.

The Russian guys said "they missed it again". And then they call the Widmore chick (Penelope?), Desmond's girlfriend, to say they think they found him. I'm guessing they are referring to Desmond, but how do they know to search for an electromagnetic disturbance? If they know to look for such a disturbance, wouldn't they then presumably know that he was at the place that could cause such a disturbance?
|
Remember she said if you have enough money you can find anyone? So I bet she has a group of people at one of the poles looking for electromagnetic disturbances. He's been there for 4 years? Maybe her dad has something to do with the Dharma Inititative or Hanso.
Speaking of Hanso, the new website to visit is
www.hansocareers.com.

Confused as hell. Intrigued, satisfied with the movement in the story and the answered questions, but definitely confused.

Very confused but very happy with this episode. And we don't know for sure that Locke and Eko are dead. They may be, but the island has odd healing powers.

DUDE! WEIRD!
And my other thoughts...
It appears that Henry Gale is the head of the group? He looked mighty displeased when he showed up.
