My husband works for the hospitals and he gets crazy stuff like this from users all the time. It really makes you wonder about some people, doesn't it!
And I agree with NA, they definitely need to stay in school. I would suggest computer classes for the person but somehow I don't think that would help either. It might just confuse them further!
