Sorry for the delay...
It was a Disney Dining Experience 'thing' - they normally do Food and Wine dinners, and decided to try something different - so the whole place was closed except for this - and they'd rearranged the tables in the wine room (I think that's the wine room, the small room next to the bar) to be 4 long tables. I hope the timing works out that they're doing something cool next time I'm there, at this point, during the F&W fest, so I'm not sure if they do much that would compete with that.
So in addition to 20% off food and alcohol at most sit-down restaurants (and a few counter service), you get the opportunity to go to special events (for a price, of course)!
