My nose....once on the back of a girls head (no, I will not provide details), twice by my currently 12 year old daughter when she inadvertantly head butted me, twice as a basketball player, and twice in practice as a basketball coach.
I'm not missing that much of my finger. Not really noticable. It's the middle finger on my right hand. Most of the pad is gone and it required a skin graft (happened when I was 15), so in dry weather it can crack and bleed and be a pain in the butt.
Table saw? Ick.. I still remember in shop class in 7th grade the song "Shake Hands with Danger" on the safety video on he first day.
