Do you think that major media coverage of this type of anti-gay rhetoric helps or hurts the cause of gay rights?
I would say it helps. It shows people that ignorance is no excuse and gets them thinking about the issue.
And that leads me to wonder. Was the "granny" real or simply another activist who found a new way to push his cause by sending a fake letter to Dear Abby.
