Better get your memory checked: AJ Foyt and Mario Andretti raced Indy cars (think very low, open wheel racing) while Richard Petty was strictly Stock Cars (think Nascar).
Whilst they may have competed in a IROC competition, you would not have normally seen Richard in a race against the other two.
