I sauteed up some carmelized shallots. Then I started sauteeing the chops in a bit of olive oil. After I flipped them, I topped them with the shallots, a can of pinapple chunks, and a bit of teriyaki sauce (one part soy, one part honey, a bit of mustard). Cooked it until the chops were done, flipping a couple more times in the process. Then topped it off with more teriyaki.
