Computers are so personal. Aside from the content. You have the settings, the programs, the shortcuts, the bookmarks. You know where your stuff is and their stuff is not in the same place as your stuff. My work computer was just re-done and I spent a day trying to get it back to how it was. It's getting there but still needs a lot of work.
